As CEO, Jeff co-founded Biz Hub’s parent, Seneca Property, having previously enjoyed a distinguished career at some of the UK’s leading real estate businesses including as Managing Director at Blackrock with responsibility for its £3bn UK property fund. With a growing property portfolio and more than 40 staff to oversee, Jeff remains as busy now as he has ever been as he seeks to ensure Biz Hub continues to provide better business space to its customers.
Chris Bullough
Managing Director
Chris joined with Jeff to co-found the business, having previously worked together successfully for a number of years. As Managing Director, Chris is responsible for a wide range of financial and operational matters within the business and oversees Biz Hub’s head office operations. Chris is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with PwC before embarking on a career in property.
Paul Fitzsimmons
Head of Commercial
Paul heads up our Sales and Account Management Team and is responsible for attracting new customers to our centres as well as increasing the depth of services that we can provide to these customers. Paul has a lengthy history in both sales and real estate and has an excellent understanding of the key challenges and concerns facing companies of all sizes having recently completed his MBA.
